NOTE - We are aware of an issue during the registration process where you are asked to sign a waiver to complete registration. On some mobile devices, the signature box does not appear. The technical team at Secondslide.io is currently working a fix for this. We have also found a workaround that if you turn your phone sideways, you are able to see the form and signature box to sign and proceed with the registration process. You can also complete registration using a tablet or computer without issue. If you are still having trouble, please continue to reach out to us at [email protected].
Welcome to 2025 Monroe lacrosse season. We are using a brand new registration system this year in an effort to reduce costs to both the lacrosse club and to our families. Families will no longer be charged $3 transaction fee per child. If there are any issues, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can resolve any issues. All families registering prior to December 1st will have the option to a t-shirt and beanie registration bundle.
Please register according to your grade level. Coaches will be in touch with you for upcoming winter clinics, team practices, and club fundraisers. Uniforms will be handed out by the coaches prior to the first game. Follow us on Facebook at Monroe Lacrosse Club (South Jersey): https://www.facebook.com/MonroeBravesLacrosse
Costs
Registration is $175 per player for Grades 3 - 8 and $125 for Grades 1 - 2 plus $60 for a uniform. Included in your registration fee is the mandatory USA Lacrosse Membership ($35), 14-16 games for Grades 3-8 (10-12 games for Grades 1-2), club and referee fees, and the end of year party with player gift. These fees also include a $25 fundraising fee that can be returned in the form of a credit by helping fundraise for the club. We do have sibling discounts.
DO NOT LET MONEY KEEP YOUR CHILD FROM PLAYING! We will work with you! Lacrosse is expensive between uniforms, equipment, registration, township fees, etc but we don't want the expense to keep any kid out of lacrosse. If you have any difficulty with registration, please contact us at [email protected]. If you need equipment, we have plenty for new players in need, please e-mail us to discuss. We also offer fundraising opportunities to help pay for new equipment and any out-of-town fees too.
Pay in 4 Equal, Smaller Payment Option: Another question that has come up a few times is an option to split the payment into smaller amounts. This option is still available for both registration and for our spiritwear store. When you go to checkout, choose the option to pay with Paypal (you can still use a credit card). Paypal offers a "Pay in 4" option. This option splits your total payment into 4 equal payments with no added fees ($12 savings over previous system). You will pay the 1st 25% immediately, and then the remaining 3 payments automatically every 2 weeks over the next 6 weeks. There is no extra fees for this option, no credit check, it just breaks your total payment up into 4 equal, smaller payments.
Uniform option: We are using the same uniform design as we did for the 2024 season. If your uniform still fits from 2024 season, you will not need to buy another uniform this year saving you $60. We will be running 2 different uniform fitting dates and times to ensure a great fit to your uniform. We will be sending e-mails out shortly on these dates. You will be able to change your uniform size or even add a uniform at this time if you did not order one during registration.
Please note: Monroe Township has implemented a mandatory out-of-town $50 fee for the 2025 calendar year. Some towns are excluded from this fee thanks to an arranged business agreement between Monroe Township and these towns. Parents and guardians will be given the opportunity to fundraise prior to the start of the 2025 season to help cover this out-of-town fee. We will be collecting this fee separately once registration closes via Venmo, Check, or Money Order. Please contact Monroe Lacrosse at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Per Monroe Township ordnance O:49-2023: "Non-Resident Fees – All Non-Residents, regardless of percentages, are required to pay a flat fee of $50.00 directly to the Monroe Township Parks & Recreation Department per season, per sport. To properly document the non-resident fees and be in compliance with law, youth sports organizations recognized in the Parks and Recreation Handbook are required to collect an additional $50 fee from each non-resident. Upon closing of registration, the organization shall forward those monies along with documentation of rosters, showing each non-resident that registered and proof of payment of the $50 fee. The Director of Parks and Rec will review this fee amount on a yearly basis and recommend any increases to the council if warranted. O:49-2023"
